Curiosity
Next time you feel the urge to say how you see things, try this: ask a question.

Ask how someone else sees things, even if, or especially if, you think you’ll disagree with the answer. Sounds hard, right? You might be worried you’ll get stuck in the most predictable conversation.

On the other hand, your question, asked so thoughtfully and sincerely, might just catch it’s receiver off-guard. It might illicit a thoughtful and genuine answer, a new perspective and a shift in thinking.

Curiosity has this habit of facilitating co-operation, and delivering better solutions. Oh, and you just might learn something. Be curious.
